Operating in 150 countries, they sell over 10 products per second. To reduce reliance on external service providers within the Group, they are looking for a Technical Lead Frontend to work on an IoT platform. 

Poste

Within a 30-person team and a sub-team of 5 people (3 developers, 1 manager, 1 QA engineer), working in an Agile methodology with 3-week sprints, you will contribute to the development of an IoT platform that enables the remote monitoring and control of professional coffee machines.

You will tackle data management, performance optimization, technical maintenance, advertising displays, and more.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of 3 developers
- Coordinating, leading, and supervising the teams
- Participating in project planning and allocating tasks to development teams
- Conducting code reviews
- Taking a step back to critically assess applications
- Developing applications for up to 50% of your working time

Profil recherché

- Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend development (JavaScript/TypeScript), including at least 2 years with Vue.js 
- At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Developer or in a management role 
- Excellent communication skills to successfully lead and coordinate teams 
- Fluent in English to collaborate with international teams
