IT System and Network Engineer / Food Industry

Our client is a global player in the distribution of food and non-food products to professionals in the catering industry. The company has over 4,000 employees across 90 sites in France, serving nearly 80,000 clients nationwide.

Currently doing a digital transformation to unify all subsidiaries within a single group IT system, they are looking for a System Engineer for a permanent internal position within the IT department

Poste

As part of a 60-member IT team, you will join the Limonest site, working with a Support Technician responsible for the infrastructure of 90 French sites. Your main tasks include:
- Administering Windows (70%) and Linux (30%) infrastructures.
- Communicating with the Group IT Management to harmonize best practices.
- Managing infrastructure obsolescence.
- Monitoring security tools.
- Participating in migrating the infrastructure to a public cloud in 2026.
- Creating a European-level Active Directory for the Group.

Profil recherché

- 10 years of professional experience as a Windows and Linux system engineer.
- Experience in Datacenters.
- Participation in migration projects.
- Fluent in English for oral communication with the international Group.
